Greencastle and Shrove Youth Club had a sponsored Car Wash recently and raised 450 euro. We would like to thank everyone who helped make the day a great success.

Serenity House has a Basic Computer course FETAC 3 and 4 starting September, enrol now.
Names are also being taken for another “Step-On-It” walking programme due to commence at Serenity House during July and open to all ages. This course is facilitated by a trained leader. Tea/coffee and scones provided after each session. New members welcome.

Coláiste Chineál Eoghain Parent’s Committee invites the parents of Gaelscoil and National school children (of all ages) throughout Inishowen, to a Meet and Greet Evening, on Monday June 8, at 7.30pm, in the Tullyarvan-based school, in Buncrana. Parents will have a great opportunity to hear about the school’s achievements, curricular and extra-curricular activities and to chat about Irish medium education. Light refreshments will also be available.
The Sixth Colgan Heritage Weekend takes place from Thursday 25th June to Sunday to Sunday 28th June in the Colgan Community and Resource Centre, Carndonagh. The theme this year is Rural Ireland: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. Among the speakers will be Mr Eamon O Cuiv TD, Mr Richard Curran, Mr Rob Goodbody and Biddy (Brighid) Mc Laughlin.
Féile Grianán Áiligh 2015 is celebrating the Summer Solstice on June 21st at 04:55 with a Dawn Chorus and musical programme. Led by the Inishowen Traditional Group and the Codetta Choir, music will be provided at various intervals, from 1.30-am7 a.m. inside and outside Grianán Fort. Car parking will be available from 1am. and costs 5 euro which includes bus travel to Grianán Fort.
