A Tullyally man has appeared in court accused of exposing his genitals.
Christopher O’Bryan, of Stevenson Park, is charged with exposure intending to cause alarm or distress on August 23.
An investigating officer told Derry Magistrates Court he believed he could connect the 30-year-old to the charge.
The court heard that CCTV in the case is outstanding and a further four weeks would be required by the Public Prosecution Service.
However, defence solicitor Gareth McFadden said his client wishes to vary the conditions of his bail.
The solicitor requested a shorter adjournment.
He told the court the current bail conditions ban O’Bryan from entering Strathfoyle and this is causing him some difficulty as his partner lives there.
The 30-year-old was released on continuing bail to appear in court again on September 24.
