Daniel Coyle, of Kavanagh Court, pleaded guilty to two sets of driving offences committed in August 2014 and May 2015.

The charges include driving whilst disqualified, no insurance, no driving licence and obstructing police.

Passing sentence, District Judge Barney McElholm said ‘this is the man who killed someone in Donegal. The very thought of him getting behind the wheel again.’

The judge jailed the 32-year-old for four months, fined him £1,300 and disqualified him from driving for three years.
