Accused of indecent assault
A 41-year-old man has appeared in court accused of indecent assault.
Hayden McClay, with an address in Essex, is charged with five counts of indecent assault and three of gross indecency.
The offences were allegedly committed against three complainants between April 1994 and July 2008.
McClay declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
He was released on his own bail of £500 to appear at the Crown Court for arraignment on September 8.
