Admits posing as a solicitor

A man has admitted fraudulently obtaining over £18,000 by posing as a solicitor.

Kieran Healy, of Great James Street, Derry, pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation by claiming he was a solicitor.

The 37-year-old admitted further chargers of possessing court documents and emails for use in fraud.

The offences were committed between September 2011 and August 2014.

Sentencing was adjourned until April 27 for a Probation Pre-Sentence report.
