Councillor Eddie Fullerton murder investigation: Man released without charge

A man in his 50s who was arrested on Sunday in relation to the investigation into the murder of Councillor Edward Fullerton that occurred at his home in Buncrana, Co. Donegal on Saturday 25th May, 1991 has been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

The man was arrested shortly after 10am on Sunday. December 12.
