Derry Court: Man admits breaking into primary school


A 23-year-old man has admitted breaking into a primary school more than four years ago.

Sean McCool, of Knockalla Park, pleaded guilty to one charge of burglary with intent to steal.

The charge relates to an incident at St John’s Primary School in Blighs Lane on July 3, 2010.

Sentencing was adjourned for a probation pre-sentence report to be compiled.

McCool was released on continuing bail to appear in court again on March 13.
