A 50-year-old man is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of sex offences.
John Curry, whose address was given on court papers as Duncans Road, Lisburn, faces six charges of indecently assaulting a boy.
The offences were allegedly committed between January 1, 1979 and December 31, 1982. During a brief hearing at the city’s Magistrates Court, Curry declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence.
Curry, who was released on his own bail of £500 and banned from contacting the alleged injured party, will appear in court again on August 28.
