Man charged with false imprisonment and burglary

A man is due in court tomorrow charged with false imprisonment and burglary.

Detectives investigating a burglary in the Creggan Road area have charged a 36-year-old man.

He is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 22, charged with a number of offences including burglary and false imprisonment.

As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
