A Co Antrim man accused of child sex abuse is to go on trial in Derry.
The 32 year-old man, who cannot be named, faces three charges of indecent assault on a female child, five charges of gross indecency with a child and six charges of indecent assault on a male child.
The charges relate to alleged incidents in the North West at various times between 1993 and 1995.
The accused pleaded not guilty to all charges during an arraignment hearing at Derry Crown Court yesterday morning.
Derry Crown Court was told that the charges surrounded alleged incidents in the family home of the children.
Counsel for the defence said that the accused was “himself a juvenile” at the time of the alleged offences.
The accused was returned for trial at Derry Crown Court on April 29.
