A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to another man.
Teddy Roulston (29) of Bloomfield Park in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrate’s Court today.
He was charged with the unlawfully causing GBH to a man with intent on June 11 last year.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and Roulston said he did not wish to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was released on bail and returned for trial to the Crown Court sitting on April 17.
