Detectives investigating alleged offences which they say were committed at the wake and funeral of Mrs O’Hara in Derry, said they have arrested a 53-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman in Derry on Wednesday.
A PSNI spokesman said: “Both suspects have been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Antrim Police Station for questioning.
