Probation Order for disorderly behaviour
A man who admitted disorderly behaviour in Altnagelvin Hospital has been ordered to spend 12 months on probation.
John Joseph Hagan, of Glenabbey Crescent, was also ordered to pay £200 to the Friends of Altnagelvin.
Derry Magistrate’s Court heard the charge relates to an incident in the hospital on June 18.
The 40-year-old has no memory of the incident as he was intoxicated at the time.
The court was told the defendant has been accepted onto a rehabilitation programme to address his alcohol abuse.
