A 39-year-old teacher has denied a number of sex offences at a hearing in Derry Crown Court.
Stewart Robert Smith, of Winchester Park, pleaded not guilty to three charges of rape and one of indecently assaulting a child.
The offences allegedly occurred between December 1, 2002 and August 31, 2003.
Judge Piers Grant heard the trial is expected to last one week and has been listed for May 14.
Smith was released on continuing bail and banned from having any contact with the alleged injured party.
He will appear in court again in May.
