Three arrested over Easter procession

Police have confirmed that five men have now been arrested in Derry by police investigating an “un-notified public procession” in the city at Easter.

Two were arrrested today and three yesterday.

Yesterday a PSNI spokesman said: “All three, aged 60, 19 and 30 are to be reported to the Public Prosecution Service for allegedly taking part in an un-notified public procession.

“The 60-year-old is also to be reported for allegedly organising an un-notified public procession.”
