Three teenagers arrested during disturbances in Creggan on Monday night have been released on police bail.
The three boys, aged 13, 14 and 16, were taken into custody after being arrested on suspicion of public order offences. All three were released on Tuesday night.
A PSNI spokeswoman confirmed: “Three teenage males arrested during disorder in the Creggan area have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.”
Disorder broke out on Monday evening as security forces attended the scene of an unconnected bomb attack on police on Sunday night.
The security operation following the bomb attack meanwhile came to an end yesterday evening, and a number of families were allowed to return to their homes after being evacuated.
