With the aid of the Active Mobility App, Gardaí from Carndonagh Garda Station detected a vehicle that had not been taxed or insured in almost nine years. The vehicle was seized and a Court appearance will follow.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Please ensure that your documents such as your tax, insurance and NCT are up to date/in order before taking to the roads.”
