Waterside man accused of stealing from employers

A Waterside man has been charged with stealing over £7,000 from his employers.

Peter Hollingsworth, of Pelham Road, faces ten charges of theft by an employee.

It is alleged the 37-year-old stole bank credits worth £7,350 from Outer West Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership.

Hollingsworth is further charged with making an articles for use in fraud and fraud by abuse of position.

The offences were allegedly committed between March 2010 and April 2014.

The case was adjourned for two weeks for attitude.

Hollingsworth was directed to appear in court on February 15 for the charges to be put to him.
