Derry young people '˜Get Set To Go'
The young people from local organisations took part in two interactive workshops focusing on interview skills and demonstrating skills to employers.
During the sessions they got the chance to meet with local employers, hear directly what their expectations for employees are and get tips for finding employment.

Another said, “I really enjoyed these workshops and it was nice to hear first hand from people who hire staff.”
Brian Durnin from Seagate said:
“I really enjoyed the experience; it felt so good to be helping. The groups fully engaged and were keen to get insights and viewpoints. The young people valued the session which was a great reward in itself for me.”
