A community centre in the Bogside was attacked with petrol bombs for the second time inside 48 hours on Thursday night.
Dove House, a community centre in the heart of the Bogside, was attacked with petrol and paint bombs earlier this week.
Thursday night’s attack was the second time the centre had been targeted inside 48 hours.
Sinn Fein Councillor, Patricia Logue, condemned the incident and called on those responsible to stop immediately.
“It’s very sad that I am once again having to comment on an attack on Dove House, the second in less than 48 hours,” said Colr. Logue.
“As well as attacking this vital community building those responsible have also put the lives of people living in the vicinity in danger.
“I am making it clear to those responsible that the community does not want this, and those behind it need to stop,” she added.
