Author and broadcaster Freya McClements will present a talk and discussion on the Easter Rising and the Battle of the Somme to mark 2016’s major centenaries this Thursday night in the Central Library.
The event will be accompanied by poetry readings by Julieann Campbell, Felicity McCall and Lynne Edgar.
This free event begins at 7pm and everyone is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
A second event will be held next week on Thursday, April 28.
