Easter workshop for youngsters at the Tower Museum

Local families have been advised that the Tower Museum in Derry will be hosting an Easter workshop on Friday, April 7.

The workshop will be taking place from 10am to 12pm and offers the chance for kids to get creative with some special Easter-themed activities.

Assistant Education Officer at the Museum Betty Doherty said: “This will be a fun and engaging event for youngsters keen to get into the Easter spirit.

“We love hosting these creative sessions, it’s a great way to introduce children to the museum and get them interested as well as learning some new activities. Places always fill up fast so don’t forget to book.”

The activities include decorating your own Easter bonnet, making an Easter card or making and painting clay rabbits and Easter eggs.

The cost of the workshop is £2.50 per person.
