Car parking fees returning in Derry City & Strabane District

Derry City & Strabane District Council have recommenced car-parking inspections in off-street car parks again.

However notices will only be advisory up until next Wednesday, July 8, when enforcement of parking fees and penalties for non-payment will resume.

The Council has advised: “When using the car-parks, and in line with public health guidance and staying safe, we encourage all carpark users to go cashless.”

Cashless parking system is available from JustPark and people can register, pay for and manage parking using mobile phone, mobile app or online via www.justpark.com

If users don’t have a smartphone, they can call 028 91248440 and pay via mobile phone.
