Local people have been invited to take part in a number of activities to celebrate Coeliac Awareness Week.
The North West Coeliac group have organised a number of activities to raise awareness of the condition.
Coeliac Awareness Week runs from May 11-14.
On Monday (May 11) there will be a launch at Altnagelvin Hospital from 12-3 p.m. There will also be an information table at Central Library, Foyle Street.
On Tuesday May 12 there will be a coffee morning at 10 – 11a.m. in the Guild Cafe, Guild Hall, Derry .
On Wednesday May 13 there will be a sponsored walk at 7.00 pm from Sainsbury’s Car Park across the Peace Bridge and back.
So what not get a friend or the kids active and join us in our short walk.
On Thursday, May 14 there will be a gluten free dinner at 7.00 p.m. in Browns In Town, Strand Rd, Derry

The group say they would ask for all coeliacs to come along and support your local group.
