Forever Crafts annual fair tomorrow

Forever Crafts Annual Craft Fayre will take place in the Resource Centre tomorrow commencing at 12 noon. Admission is free and everybody is welcome. There will be a wide range of stalls with many Christmas items. Tea will be available during the afternoon.

MEET Project which aims to develop healthy eating and exercise habits as a means of preventing childhood obesity currently has 8 families taking part, 8 adults and 10 children. Progress to date is amazing, in particular the fitness level of participants has improved dramatically and the element of fun and camaraderie is fantastic.

The Boys’ Club will start back on Thursday 3rd December 2014.

A Christmas Flower Arranging Demonstration by Flower Craft and Design will be held in St Johnston and Carrigans Family Resource Centre on Monday 8th December at 7.30 pm. Cost €7 per person. A light supper will be served. Tickets available at the Resource Centre and Mac’s Mini Mart (Sarah Hunter).

The Christmas Whist drive will take place on Monday, December 15, at 8 pm in the Centre. €5 per person. A light supper will be provided. New members will be made very welcome.

Walk & Talk Group are off to Glenveagh National Park tomorrow. A bus will leave the centre at 8.30am and return at approximately 3.30pm, cost: €5 per person. To book a place contact the Resource Centre on 0749148551.

Christmas storytelling for 3-8year olds with Joe Brennan on Monday 1st December at 3.30pm in the Resource Centre. Supported by Donegal County Library.

Why not come to Monreagh to celebrate an Ulster-Scots Christmas. You can visit the Victorian Green Santa at Monreagh Heritage and Education Centre at 2:30pm, Saturday 6 December. Cost: €2 - includes present. The multi-talented and multi-award winning Cantamu Choir will be performing live.

Little Angels: A Santa Tractor Run in aid of Little Angels School will take place at Maggies Tavern, Carrickmore, St Johnston on Saturday 6 December starting at 10.30 am sharp. For further information call 91 48318.
