Former Arntz workers invited to get their retirement claims in

Former Arntz workers have been given a last call to claim for entitlements under a retirement benefits scheme open to some ex-employees at the Pennyburn Pass plant, which closed in 2010.

Workers, who feel thay may have a claim, have two months from September 2, to send their details to JLT Benefits Solutions Ltd., in Manchester, which is handling pay-outs.

“The Trustees will distribute the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person,” the scheme adminstrators stated in a public notification.
