Workers, who feel thay may have a claim, have two months from September 2, to send their details to JLT Benefits Solutions Ltd., in Manchester, which is handling pay-outs.

“The Trustees will distribute the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person,” the scheme adminstrators stated in a public notification.

If workers think they are entitlement to money they should send details of their claims in writing alongside the applicant’s name, date of birth and National Insurance number, as soon as possible, to: JLT Benefits Solutions Ltd., Post Handling Centre, St James’ Tower, 7 Charlotte Street, Manchester, M1 4DZ and mark it for the attention of Ralph Womack.

They should also cite the full name of the scheme: Arntz Belting Company Ltd. Retirement Benefits Scheme.
