Foyle Search and Rescue respond to three separate incidents

The Derry charity Foyle Search & Rescue responded to three separate incidents at the River Foyle on Thursday.

The organisation thanked members of the emergency services who assisted them during the three alarms that were raised at 10.23 a.m., 9.58 p.m. and 11.47 p.m.

A spokesperson said: "Foyle Search and Rescue would like to acknowledge the professionalism shown today during our call outs by the PSNI, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance NI. Appreciation to CCTV and to our own volunteers who continue to respond 24 hours a day during COVID."
