The longest serving member of Altnagelvin Hospital staff, Roberta Temple will officially retire on Monday after five decades of dedicated service in the Laundry Department.
Leaving school at aged 15, Ms Temple worked for three years in an office before starting work in Altnagelvin’s Laundry Department in January 1965.
On Friday, friends and colleagues including Western Trust Chairman Gerry Guckian, attended a farewell brunch for Roberta in the hospital’s Laundry Department.
