Huge demand for 'Letterkenny' Tubridy Tonight tickets

RTE's 'Tubridy Tonight' will broadcast from Letterkenny on December 15th with tickets for the special show at the new Leisure Complex already in huge demand.

The show’s presenter, Ryan Tubridy, confirmed this week that the demand for tickets from Donegal was huge.

He added: “We’ve already got a great reaction from the people of Donegal to the visit and have been inundated with requests for tickets. It’s been years since I’ve been in Donegal for RTE and I’m really looking forward to going back.”

Producers of the special pre-Christmas show wouldn’t be drawn on the likely guest list, but there’s local speculation that Daniel O’Donnell may well feature.

One of the features of the show will be ‘The Tubridy Cam’ which the radio and tv presenter said “will be out on the streets in the run up the show doing vox-pops so please don’t run away if you see them.”

“This is going to be the biggest and best Christmas party of the year.”

Last year the programme came live from Cork so this year, Ryan and his houseband, The Camembert Quartet, are heading to the North West, coming live from Letterkenny.

The show promises to have a dazzling mix of showbiz guests from both home and abroad, along with lots festive fun and games with the audience.

Looking forward to the night, Ryan predicted: “This is going to be the biggest and best Christmas party of the year and I’m really looking forward to end this year’s season of the show on a high note.

“Christmas is my favourite time of year and we’re planning a really special Christmas show. Unfortunately I can’t reveal any of the guests yet but expect lots of well known faces from the world of showbiz, and of course the best house-band in the world, The Camembert Quartet, will be joining me too so don’t miss it.”

The Tubridy Tonight will be held at the Leisure Complex on December 15th. Tickets and more information about the night can be retreived from the Leisure Centre directly.

Be sure to hurry to get you tickets before they’re gone.
