Derry people have been asked to nominate their doctor for the GP of the Year award of 2015.
This is the 13th year of the prestigious award which aims to recognise the outstanding work of general practitioners in Northern Ireland.
The RCGPNI are seeking nominations for the Award, which commends GPs for the difference they make to their patients’ lives. The award is nominated by members of the public who feel that their GP has provided them with an outstanding level of care, going above and beyond the call of duty. This is an opportunity for patients to share their story about how their GP has made a significant impact on their lives.
Nomination forms are available to download from the RCGP website www.rcgp.org.uk/about-us/rcgp-awards. The closing date for submission of nomination forms is Friday 19 June at 5:00pm. Nomination forms can be submitted electronically to NICouncil@rcgp.org.uk or by post to the RCGPNI office, 4 Cromac Place, Gasworks, Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JB.
