Derry football star James McClean was all smiles and his emerged a newly married man today with his bride Erin Connor.
The West Brom winger and Republic of Ireland international and his new wife, who hails from the Waterside, met six years ago have been engaged for the past three years.
The couple’s wedding ceremony was conducted in St Columb’s Church at Chapel Road in the Waterside this afternoon.
The newly weds looked every inch the celebrity couple, with James McClean turned out in a suave black suit and white rose button hole, while Erin looked stunning in a white strapless dress and matching veil.
Following the service, family, friends and invited guests were this afternoon gathering at the plush Drenagh Estate in Limavady for the wedding reception this evening.
Erin and Creggan native McClean have two children, Allie Mae (2) and James Junior, who is now eight months old.
McClean has been selected to represent Ireland at the Euros next month, and will play a friendly against Holland next Friday in Dublin.
