Jennifer spreading happiness in the Gulf

Jennifer Neff (pictured above), who with Leaann Monk, is the driving force behind Elemental Software, a firm that electronically connects patients with chronic conditions to the appropriate health care solution for them, was in Dubai last week as the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority and its Executive Council launched their happiness prescribing programme using Elemental's software.
