Detectives from Reactive and Organised Crime Branch have seized drugs with a potential street value of between £50,000 - £75,000 after searching a property in Co. Derry.
Cannabis plants and herbal cannabis were uncovered during a search in the High Street area of Draperstown yesterday.
A 35 year-old man has been charged with possession and cultivation of class B drugs with intent to supply.
He will appear in Derry Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
Detective Chief Inspector Stephen Wright said police were committed to removing illegal drugs from communities.
