Lisnagelvin Shopping Centre has been put up for sale.
The Waterside retail site is currently owned by London-based investment company British Land.
British Land appointed commercial property agent Savills to sell the site.
British Land first took on Lisnagelvin Shopping Centre as part of a property swap with Tesco, which it completed earlier this year.
The ‘Journal’ understands that British Land is trying to free up some of its smaller assets in the North.
British Land has also put the Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine and the Tesco store in Craigavon on the market.
