Local Artists Art Exhibition in the Colgan Hall

This Annual Exhibition is held in aid of maintaining a vibrant resource centre at the heart of our community and the ongoing development of the Colgan Hall.

The Exhibition preview will open on Friday, 29th July at 8pm with a wine reception and the opportunity to meet some of the artists whose work will be displayed. It will run daily until Tuesday 2nd August.

Over 30 local artists from the Donegal/Derry area exhibit their work, along side international names such as Sharon McDaid, Brian Ferran and Marty Kelly. There will be over 100 original paintings on display in various mediums such as oil, watercolour and acrylic. This exhibition is now well established and grows in popularity every year. It is an unparalleled collection of local art showcasing the work of established artist of national and international fame and also offering emerging artists the opportunity to bring their works to a public gallery.

The exhibition is open to all who would like to call in and experience this wonderful tranquil setting to view paintings from a wealth of local talent in this area. On behalf of the Colgan Hall committee, Chairperson Marian Hennigan announced that “we are privileged to have this opportunity to present such a diverse, rich and extensive range of exhibits and would welcome you all to share in this experience”.
