Local Rates Office seeks petition
A petition by the Rates Office to wind-up Waterside-based company, Neil Doherty Ltd, has been scheduled to be heard by the High Court in Belfast on Thursday, September 8.
Land and Property Service launched the petition against the Victoria Gate-based firm on May 20.
The Belfast Gazette reported a High Court hearing is scheduled for the High Court on September 8.
