The second Inish Tractor Run will place on Saturday August 1st. Starting at Banba’s Crown travelling thought Inishowen and finishing up back in the north of the peninsula in Malin Town. The tractor run will begin at Banba’s Crown 11am. following the run their will be a barbeque, pig on the spit and live music by Liam Mc Dermott and guest at Mc Cleans Bar. Malin Presbyterian Church are hosting an afternoon tea each Saturday in July and August in their Church Hall in Lagg from 2.30pm – 5pm. Everyone is welcome. Come along and enjoy the tea and home baked goodies.
Carndonagh Community School Office will be closed from Friday July 17 and will re-open on Monday August 10, The bookshop will be open Friday August 14 from 9.30am until 4pm and Saturday August 15 from 9.30am to 1pm. Details on school opening are on the school website.
Blessing of the Graves will take place in Malin Parish on Sunday August 16 at 3pm in Aughaclay and 5pm in Lagg.
There will be a fundraising dance in aid of the Oncology Unit, Letterkenny Hospital in the Malin Hotel on Sunday next July 25. Dancing is from 10pm to 1am. Music is by local musicians. Tickets are 10 euro and door prize is 100 euro. This is organised by Josie Mc Laughlin and Family. Please support this worthy cause.
