Man arrested in Strabane in connection with Regency Hotel shooting

The PSNI have arrested a 46 year-old man in Strabane in connection with the fatal shooting at the Regency Hotel in Dublin in February.

The 46 year-old man was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting at the Regency Hotel in Dublin.

The man will appear before a court in Belfast on Tuesday.

He was arrested on the strength of a European Arrest Warrant held by authorities in the Republic of Ireland for murder and firearms offences.

The man is expected to be extradited to the Republic of Ireland.
