Move to find new Dean '˜very positive'
Sinn Féin Foyle MLA Elisha McCallion has welcomed the search for a Foundation Dean of Medicine based at Magee.
Describing it as a “very positive development”, Mrs. McCallion said she and her colleague Raymond McCartney had accepted Professor Paddy Nixon’s request to meet with him and senior management to discuss their ongoing work to expand the Magee campus. “In the time ahead we need to ensure that Magee’s potential is realised,” she said.
