The meeting starts at 11am and runs until 1pm and all women living with the condition are welcome to attend.

The meeting is held on the first Tuesday of every month and facilitator Catherine Doran, who has MS herself, is encouraging new members to come along.

“The group is a safe place for women living with MS to meet others living daily with the condition.

“It’s also an informal meeting, with no pressure to speak; you can simply have a cup of tea and chat with others about whatever problem you might be facing. It’s an incredibly positive group with lots of support and everyone is made to feel very welcome.”

MS is a chronic neurological illness, which affects 4,000 people in Northern Ireland.
