Diabetes Ireland - Donegal branch annual collection church gate takes place next weekend. Please give as generously as you

At the monthly meeting of the ICA members discussed the night of entertainment in the Mount Errigal Hotel Letterkenny next Thursday 5th March. Each guild in the County has to perform at the concert so members are anxious to put on a good performance. Preparation for members to go to the Federation meeting in Raphoe on the 21st March was also arranged. The competition for the best Valentine Heart was won by Olive Parke, who also supplied a lovely supper. Due to the fact that the March monthly meeting would have been on St.Patrick’s Day it has now been scheduled for Tuesday 10th March at the usual time of 8.00pm. New members very welcome.
On Sunday 8th March the comedy ‘800 Years of Annoying The English’ will be performed in St.Mary’s Community Hall at 8.30pm Admission £5/5euro.

Muff Festival planning is underway . The committee is seeking additional members who are willing to attend planning meetings and take on responsibility for helping to organize specific events. The committee meet in the Resource Centre on Thursdays at 7.30pm.
The Church gate collection for Alzheimers Society raised 309 euro and £25.20.Thanks for your support.

The first Muff Wedding Fayre held recently St. Mary’s Community Hall proved to be a tremendous success. This innovative charity fundraising event involved a collaboration between business and community. It saw 18 Exhibitors showcase their wares to the public. The committee is grateful to Dessie Lynch of ‘Fairytale Wedding Cars’ and Peggy Doherty ‘The Bridal Showroom’ who, with the assistance of the Muff Community Development organised the event. Over 1,700 euro was raised for the Muff Community Playpark.
