Councillor Tierney, who has been working to reduce anti-social behaviour in the area, said he hopes the new development will help give residents peace of mind.

He said: “Residents in Glencaw Park have been tormented by continued anti-social behaviour. Over the last number of months, I’ve been seeking to provide them with peace of mind, so I’m delighted that these new security gates have been installed.
