Appeal to help find missing Derry teenager Sophie

Police in Derry have said they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 16-year-old Sophie Hamilton from the city.

Sophie was last seen on Thursday, March 18 at 6.45pm.

The teenager was wearing “dark jeans, a purple/pink plasticky coat and trainers” when she was last seen.

She is described as 5ft 3, slim build, with long blonde hair in a bun, blue eyes with a nose ring.

“If you see Sophie or know of her whereabouts please call Police on 101 quoting reference number 2000 of the 18th March,” a PSNI spokesperson said.
