Death toll in NI reaches 986 - 34 people fighting for lives in ICU - 414 patients with Coronavirus in our hospitals - 351 more people test positive

The death toll in NI has now reached 986 - after another three people have lost their lives to COVID-19 within the last 24 hours.

The latest statistics from the Department of Health also report that another 351 people have tested positive for COVID-19.

In the last seven days 2,489 tested positive - and 571,848 have tested positive since the start of the pandemic.

There are now a total of 414 people in our hospitals with Coronavirus - and 34 prople fighting for their lives in ICU.

There are now 142 patients with COVID-19 in NI Care Homes, according to the latest dashboard.
