Police appeal after Limavady break-in

Police in Limavady are appealing for information about a break-in at a house on Scroggy Road at the weekend.

Detectives are investigating the break-in which occurred at an address on the Scroggy Road sometime around 5.45pm in the evening of Saturday 6th June 2015.

Detective Constable Richard Donnell, the investigating officer, is especially keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at that time and who may have seen a youth wearing a blue hooded top running from the house.

Nothing was stolen.

All householders are reminded of the importance of keeping doors and windows locked and consideration should be given to photographing and security marking items of high value.
