Public transport free for all health care workers from Friday
Public transport will be free for all health care workers from tomorrow.
Transport Minister Nichola Mallon announced the move on Thursday.
She said she was reducing services to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 illness and reminded people that only key workers should be using buses and trains.

Hide Ad"I have taken the decision to further reduce public transport services. A strict social distancing policy is in place. Public transport should only be used by key workers. From tomorrow, public transport will be free for all health care worker," she said.
