Teen arrested in connection with polling days disorder released on bail

A teenager arrested by police investigating disorder near a Derry polling station during the local and European Parliament elections this month has been released.

Police investigating the disorder in the Moss Park area on Thursday, May 2, when the local council elections were taking place and last Thursday, May 23, polling day for the European parliamentary elections, confirmed a 15 year old boy was arrested on Wednesday.

He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
