PSNI hunt man with one tooth after attack

Detectives in Derry are trying to track down a man with a single upper tooth after an attack on a 15-year-old girl in the city.

A public appeal for information has now been launched by the PSNI following what police have described as a “serious assault” on the teenager.

The incident occurred in the Racecourse Road in Shantallow between 1.30am and 3am on Saturday.

Police said the man was 20 to 21 years old with a single upper tooth, spoke with a local Derry accent and was wearing a red coloured hooded top with white stripes.
