Security call in Dungiven after vandals trash park
Councillor Sean McGlinchey said he would be asking Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council to appoint a warden after recent vandalism at the Environmental Park in Dungiven.
Speaking after vandals trashed furniture, a pond and wall at the park last weekend, he said: “This is wanton vandalism and, unfortunately, it tends to re-occur every time we have a spell of good weather.

“I would also appeal for volunteers to carry out a tidy up of the park area on Saturday 11th June at 10am. All equipment will be provided.”
