The Foyle Hospice is appealing for big-hearted supporters to get in the festive mood and join its Santa Stroll in Strabane this Saturday at 12 noon.
Brigid McElroy, volunteer manager at the Foyle Hospice shop in Strabane, has called for as many people as possible to sign-up for the seasonal fundraiser.
This is the second annual Strabane Santa Stroll in aid of Foyle Hospice which provides palliative and end-of-life care for patients in the North West.
Santa Strollers can register at the Foyle Hospice shop, 24 Castle Street, up until 11am on Saturday, December 15. Registration costs £6 which includes your Santa suit and a medal and hot chocolate afterwards. There are both adult and children’s sizes so it can be a real fun family event. The Stroll begins at 12 noon on Saturday and is just a short jaunt around the town centre.
The Foyle Hospice shop is open every day from 10am-4.30pm so get registered now and join in this seasonal event for a great cause, close to so many hearts.
Brigid McElroy said: “We are hoping that anyone who has some spare time on Saturday will come out and support our Santa Stroll for Foyle Hospice.”
